Part-Time Banquet Dishwasher

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Banquet Dishwasher properly cleans, stores and maintains all washable items within a sanitary and safe working environment.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Properly and safely operates dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
+ Washes and disinfects kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
+ Maintains personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by Health Department.
+ Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
+ Adheres to established Ecosure standards.
+ Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, proper storage of equipment and cleaning of Dish area prior to the end of each shift.
+ Safely handles and uses chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware.
+ Sets up and breaks down tables as needed.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
