This role is for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at our Armidale store, working a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you’ll be doing
Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
Coaching, motivating, and developing the team
Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations
Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About You
You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
