Instructional Assistant Instructional Assistant Responsibilities: Instructional Support: Works with small groups of students in an instructional capacity such as assisting students (individually or in groups) with lesson assignments. Environment Management: Assists in maintaining an appropriate classroom environment in order to ensure a safe and positive learning experience.
