Part-Time Adult Education Staff

Position Details:  
Work under minimum supervision to ensure the efficient operation of the KC-Longview Adult Education and Literacy office and provide clerical services. Oversee confidential information and engage in frequent contact with a diverse student population. As part of the KC-Longview team, this position will work with all office departments as needed to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all AEL functions and activities
Responsibilities:  

+ The Part-Time Education Staff will enter multiple forms of data, verify daily attendance, and conduct orientation.

+ This position will be responsible for answering telephone calls and emails while maintaining a polite, consistent professional communication etiquette

+ The Part-Time Education Staff will assist with the proctoring of most standardized exams

+ This position will be responsible for entering multiple forms of data and scheduling appointments.
