Job Overview

Support Worker – Atlantic Way Care Limited, Bideford. Part‑time, up to 40 hours per week. Pay: £12.86 per hour.

Provide person‑centred care to young adults with complex needs across seven sites within the National Care Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships and work collaboratively to plan and achieve individual goals.
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
• Support personal care, including eating, medication administration, and hygiene.
• Help plan and participate in leisure and day‑out activities.
• Promote independence and make a positive impact on the individuals’ lives.
