W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are looking for a reliable and motivated Part 2 Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a variety of construction projects, supporting the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

*Responsibilities*

* Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
* Work as part of our Scaffolding Division on live construction sites
* Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
* Carry out inspections and report any defects or issues
* Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and site teams
