Serve as Parks Supervisor for the Town of View Royal, ensuring parks and facilities are consistently maintained. Lead project management efforts and oversee vehicle operations for community needs.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this position ensures the effective maintenance of parks, Town Hall grounds, and related facilities. You'll handle everything from annual maintenance planning to managing capital projects and emergency service calls. Your leadership will also support staff and enhance community services through proactive recommendations to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prioritize maintenance programs for parks
• Manage inspection and repair of vehicles and equipment
• Oversee capital project management from planning to execution
• Provide operational recommendations for parks and fleet
• Coordinate on-call emergency responses
