About you:

You are an experienced people leader in a customer focused industry such as retail or hospitality. You are used to dealing directly with your customers and very much believe in leading from the front. You have led diverse teams and have a track record delivering commercial outcomes as well as positive experiences. Further you will have:    

• Experience monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance of a location
• Experience developing and maintaining local business relationships
• Promoting a customer service culture and handling customer service complaints
