Summary:
Provides patient care under the direction of a physician, physician's assistant or registered nurse.
The position requires a commitment of two days per week, with one 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and one 12-hour shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Documents and communicates assessment findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to medical/nursing staff.
Performs technical procedures as delegated, including but not limited to establishing IV access, performing ECGs and vital statistics/telemetry monitoring, collecting specimens, providing wound care, and transporting patients.
