Transylvania County EMS is the primary 911 EMS agency of Transylvania County located in Western North Carolina. The County Seat of Transylvania County is Brevard, NC. Transylvania County EMS operates three emergency ALS Paramedic ambulances during the day and two emergency ALS Paramedic ambulances at night. In addition, the on-duty Supervisor is assigned to an additional ambulance for response and transport capabilities. Transylvania County EMS has two EMS stations. The main station is in Brevard.
