Position Title: Paramedic II/ED Tech
Department: Ambulance
Location: Genesis Medical Center
Schedule: 72 hours biweekly - rotating shifts
Purpose: Provides the practice and delivery of safe, effective, ethical and culturally competent emergency care to patients of all ages in emergency situations who require stabilization and/or resuscitation as a result of illness or injury. Responsible for overseeing the daily operation when the Manager and/or Charge Medic are not available. This includes support for management of human, fiscal, material and environmental resources in accordance with hospital guidelines, organization/EMS philosophies and in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
