Job Description

Job Goal
The Paramedic Adjunct Instructor plays a critical role in preparing future paramedics by providing hands-on instruction, objective evaluation, and mentorship while ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors required for entry-level paramedic practice. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Current National Registry Paramedic certification (or state equivalent).
Current state Paramedic licensure/certification.

Minimum of three years of field experience as a practicing paramedic.

Demonstrated proficiency in paramedic psychomotor skills and patient care.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in EMS, healthcare, education, or a related field.
Previous teaching, precepting, or EMS training experience.

Current instructor certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PHT...
