Paralegal (Estate Planning – Bilingual Spanish–English) Shift days, hours and time zone: Remote: We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish–English) Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in U.S. estate planning law . Experience in Georgia is preferred, but candidates with strong estate planning backgrounds from other U.The ideal candidate will support attorneys by drafting estate planning documents, managing client communication, organizing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work directly with Spanish‑speaking clients are essential.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in U.S. estate planning law (Georgia preferred).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
