As part of one of Nationwide Financial’s most dynamic and sophisticated business segments, this role supports the legal team that advises the Institutional Life Insurance (“ILI”) business, a market leader in both the Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) space. Experience with Donnelley Financial Solutions’ suite of disclosure‑management products, particularly ArcPro, will be viewed as a meaningful differentiator.
