Job Description

SUMMARY
 : 

The Paralegal will be an integral part of the Legal Department, providing substantive support for, and independent work on, a range of matters including general civil litigation; corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions; and legal operations issues.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional and self-starter with a range of experience in one or more of the Department's primary practice areas: Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor & Employment, Commercial Contracts, Litigation, SEC and Corporate Governance, and Privacy. The ideal candidate will also have a combination of private practice, government, and in-house experience. This position is located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Functions:Transactional Drafting: draft general real estate, commercial, and corporate forms, like Rights of Entry, Licenses, Easements, Leases, Deeds, MSAs, SOWs and NDAs.
