Description
A large company is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

+ Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and memoranda

+ E-filing

+ Prepare subpoenas, records requests, and government inquiries

+ Assist with discovery and document production

+ Assist with depositions, hearings, trial prep, and trial support

+ Draft redlines, tables of contents/authorities, cite checks, and proofreading

+ Manage calendars and track deadlines

+ Schedule depositions and hearings

Requirements
Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant

+ Experience with litigation
