Role Overview

We are looking for a highly dependable and proactive legal professional who will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s smooth and compliant interaction with government agencies, LGUs, regulators, and contractual counterparties.

This is a hands-on, field-facing role that goes beyond desk work. The ideal candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with external stakeholders, confidently asserting statutory timelines, and ensuring that the organization’s interests are properly represented and protected in all regulatory and contractual interactions. Strong initiative, sound judgment, and integrity are essential, as this role operates at the front line of compliance and regulatory execution.
