Role Overview

Join our multi‑award‑winning, Motor Volume - Injury Litigation team at DWF. The team advises and defends litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims for insurer clients, managing cases across Part 7 Fast Track, OIC and MOJ processes with claim values ranging from £1,000 to £25,000. The role is hybrid, with office attendance required in Liverpool 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing and progressing a litigated motor defendant insurance caseload to conclusion.
• Apply the specific technical principles needed to drive proactive settlement of cases.
• Ensure work is in line with all client SLAs for the files within your responsibility.
• Use case management systems proactively to improve settlement speed and add value to cases, while adhering to client requirements.
