Our commercial legal counsel is currently looking for a paralegal to join his or her team! If you are passionate about commercial law and have experience in business, this position is for you!

**Here's what you'll focus on:**

+ Support the needs of legal counsel and business teams, such as: Finance, Operations (Fuel, Convenience and Wholesale Accounts) and Franchise Business Development. Responsibilities would include: drafting, preparing and entering into various contracts and agreements: promises to purchase, affiliation agreements, securities agreements, supply agreements loan agreements, lease agreements, various related resolutions and other legal documents intended to meet the needs of the company, conducting research and making the necessary follow-ups;
