Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy legal practice in Memphis, Tennessee on a Contract to permanent basis. This position is best suited for a senior-level candidate who can manage matters independently from initial intake through litigation support across criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury cases. The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday and requires someone who is already familiar with local court procedures and can contribute immediately without extensive training.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee case progression from client intake through trial preparation and litigation support, ensuring files remain organized and deadlines are met.
• Prepare, submit, and track court filings using both electronic and physical filing methods in accordance with Shelby County requirements.
• Coordinate directly with attorneys, court personnel, clients, and outside parties to keep matters moving efficiently.
