What you’ll do:
Due diligence & document review
Regulatory surveys & contract drafting
Legal research & antitrust analysis
What we’re looking for:
Law degree or a non-law degree with post-graduate law qualification
At least 2 years paralegal/legal assistant experience (IPO experience preferred)
Excellent English; Mandarin a plus
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and deadline-driven
