Paralegal

Aureos are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Farringdon on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Paralegal will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal, property and insurance (LPI) function and providing support to senior management and various departments within the organisation. This individual will support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

The role will be hybrid with 3 days per week in Farringdon. The Paralegal will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative. A positive, proactive and organised attitude is a must.

Primary tasks and duties

• Produce legal correspondence and other documents, and conduct legal research, as required and under the supervision of the legal team.
• Review of standard NDAs / confidentiality agreements / PCGs and collation and management of tracker system
