We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented corporate Paralegal to support VP Corporate Legal and the Corporate Legal Team and other Legal teams as agreed for Fortum in Espoo.
About The Role
This role provides critical assistance with corporate governance, contract management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal operations to VP Corporate Legal and the Corporate Legal Team and other Legal teams as agreed. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and experienced paralegal who can handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision, has excellent organizational skills, maintains confidentiality, and works efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist on MAR reporting requirements
Support the administration and maintain of the insider management portal and insider related registers
Support implementation and maintenance of legal technology and other digital tools
