Cana Consulting is partnering with a boutique law firm with a strong focus on corporate and commercial matters. The firm advises a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to established businesses, providing practical and commercially focused legal solutions.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their growing team. No prior legal experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Working closely with the firm's lawyers, you will assist in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Assisting with the preparation, review and formatting of legal documents, agreements and corporate records
• Conducting legal, regulatory and corporate searches
• Preparing board resolutions, shareholders' resolutions and other corporate documentation
