Paralegal Position - Litigation & Trial Support

We are a growing law firm seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of litigation experience, including trial attendance and support. This is a key role within our legal team, working closely with attorneys to manage a significant caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Organize and maintain legal documents, including Bates-labeling, redaction, and indexing
• Coordinate with experts for Rule 35 exam and IMEs
• Scheduling depositions and working with opposing counsel
• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines
