A well-established law firm in Boston is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and will be comfortable managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters

+ Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, closing documents, and loan documents

+ Coordinate and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning documentation, and corporate authority documents

+ Order and review title reports, title commitments, and exception documents; prepare title and survey summaries
