Paralegal

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support labor and employment matters for a prominent aviation organization in Atlanta, Georgia. This contract position with permanent potential focuses on reviewing labor agreements, developing legal research, and helping prepare grievance and arbitration matters involving pilot scheduling, compensation, and benefits. The role works closely with attorneys and pilot representatives to organize facts, document findings, and provide hearing support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Examine collective bargaining agreements, work rules, and related documents to identify possible contract compliance concerns involving pilot pay, scheduling, and benefits.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research across federal and state law, administrative guidance, and aviation-related regulations, using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to locate relevant authority.
