**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats
+ Trains and develops high performing team members and managers
+ Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including excellent product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.
+ Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.
