Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Physics and Chemistry) or B.E or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Job Resposibilities:

• To operate the plant smoothly and safely to achieve set yield and quality of product working on DCS/PLC/SCADA control system.
• Respond to ERCP as per procedure
• Control process parameters within safe operating window. Respond promptly to alarms, and initiate actions for rectification
• Effective use of OMPro tool
• Mitigate process emergencies and emergency shutdown
• Monitor raw material and energy consumption in shift
• Participate in shutdown, startup and preservation
• Report any abnormality to shift superintendent
• Monitor quality control parameters
• Maintain optimum operating conditions for lower energy consumption and increased yields
• Maintain parameters as per SOC's during trials
