Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting vehicles to identify structural and cosmetic damage and determining the correct repair method.
• Straightening, reshaping, or repairing dented or damaged panels using specialist tools.
• Cutting out damaged sections and welding or fitting new panels to manufacturer standards.
• Filling, sanding, grinding, and smoothing repaired areas to prepare for painting.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure alignment, finish, and safety compliance.
• Following all safety protocols, maintaining tools, and keeping the workspace clean and hazard‑free.
