Palletizer Operator - Days

**Job Description**
The Palletizer is responsible for stacking, organizing, and securing finished products onto pallets for storage and shipment. This role ensures products are handled safely, palletized according to company standards, and prepared for transportation while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Stack products onto pallets according to established procedures and customer specifications (Automated Stacking).
+ Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality concerns before palletizing.
+ Wrap, band, or secure pallets to ensure product stability during transport.
+ Label pallets and complete required documentation accurately.
+ Move pallets to designated storage or shipping areas using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
+ Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.
+ Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
