Job purpose: Ensure machine settings and operations are correct, or adjusted, to ensure that a pallet is stacked correctly, and wrapped in line with product specifications; while managing waste streams, and machine availability.
Operating process Clean all the sensors in the robobox area as soon as possible before shift start. Make a 100% sure they are working correctly Clean all the sensors on the pallet conveyor right through to the removing dock Make sure the whole Palletiser conveyor area is clean at all times Make sure gripper head rollers are slippery/clean Make sure the board magazines are full at all times. During handover make sure they are full Make sure the board magazines are positioned correctly so that boards are put correctly on pallets.
