Paintless Dent Technician

About The Role

Sytner Logistics Centre is looking for a Paintless Dent Technician to join the team, working on a variety of vehicles both on site at Leighton Buzzard and off‑site at many of our dealerships.

As a Paintless Dent Technician, you will carry out S.M.A.R.T repairs on vehicles, ensuring high‑quality work within set timescales.

Responsibilities

• Remove dents and repair scratches, scuffs and dents on vehicles.
• Refurbish and renovate used cars ready for resale.
• Repair windscreen abrasions and chips.
• Perform general interior refurbishment and other similar duties.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer service standards.
• Potentially undertake off‑site work across Sytner locations, with a company van provided for business and private use.
