Job Description

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Painters to perform painting, touch-up, surface preparation, and finishing work in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. The role includes maintaining aesthetic standards and carrying out repair and maintenance painting tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of painting experience required
  • Building maintenance experience preferred
  • High-rise building experience preferred
  • Knowledge of painting materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to perform maintenance and repair works
  • Physically fit for site work
  • Basic English communication preferred
