Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Prepare valves and components for industrial spray painting, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation in line with work instructions and safety requirements. Apply industrial coatings using both conventional and airless spray systems to meet specified paint systems, film thickness, and finish requirements. Inspect, measure, and test completed work (including film thickness and coverage) to ensure coatings meet quality standards and customer specifications, escalating any issues and contributing to effective problem resolution. Continuously refine painting techniques and practices to improve coating consistency, durability, and appearance, sharing ideas that support innovation and process improvement. Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on spray equipment, air extraction systems, and related tools to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Safely handle...
