**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced Painters for projects in or around Traverse City.. This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is up to $25/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Paint apartments and other residential and commercial properties
+ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
+ Apply paint using spray equipment and rollers
+ Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements:**

+ Must have previous painting experience
+ Must be proficient in both spraying and rolling techniques
+ Must have experience with residential and/or commercial painting projects
+ Must be able to properly prepare surfaces prior to painting
