**Job Title:** Painter

**Pay:** $25-$30/hour base, prevailing rate work available.

**Shift:** 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday

**Shop Location:** Schenectady, NY

Join a reputable general contractor serving the Capital Region, specializing in commercial and residential projects. This role offers steady work, skill development, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality finishes in a safety-focused environment.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Prepare surfaces (clean, sand, patch, prime) for painting.
+ Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
+ Complete interior and exterior painting, including drywall patching and finishing.
+ Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
+ Inspect finished work for consistency and durability.
+ Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized job site.
