This role focuses on painting lift equipment using electrostatic spray guns in an industrial setting. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paint, perform touch-ups, and ensure high-quality finishes that meet production and safety standards. The position also involves maintaining painting equipment and supporting overall paint shop operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Paint lift equipment using electrostatic spray guns in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
+ Mix paint and related materials to achieve the correct color, viscosity, and consistency for each job.
+ Prepare equipment and parts for painting by sanding, washing, conditioning, and performing light bodywork as needed.
+ Apply primer, paint, and touch-up coatings using spray equipment and brushes to achieve a consistent and durable finish.
