**JOB SUMMARY **
Responsible for applying paint and coatings to JLG products using electrostatic, air-assist, and other automotive-style paint equipment. This role ensures high-quality finishes through surface preparation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to paint specifications.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
Apply primer, paint, and touch-up coatings using spray equipment and brushes.
Mask and unmask parts to meet specifications.
Prepare surfaces by sanding, washing, and conditioning; perform light bodywork if needed.
Disassemble, clean, and maintain painting equipment (pumps, heaters, tanks, guns, etc.).
Flush tanks and lines during color changes.
Mix paints for color accuracy, viscosity, and consistency.
