Painter

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours

This role includes travel to various care homes in and around the M3 & M4 corridor , so a driving licence is essential but a vehical will be provided .

We’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our friendly Maintenance Team, helping us keep our care homes safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained for the people who live and work in them.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out all painting and decorating tasks, including preparation, repair, and finishing of internal and external areas.
• Work safely at height using ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and minimise disruption to residents and staff.
• Support general maintenance tasks (e.g. basic plumbing, tiling, minor repairs).
• Travel between homes as required to support the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times. ...
