Job Overview


Under direction of the Senior Construction Supervisor and/or Facility Supervisor, the Painter will provide daily maintenance operation and activities for all assigned facilities/areas including new construction/renovations. 
The incumbent receives and evaluates work orders and requests, investigates request or problems where appropriate, and establishes priorities. The incumbent must professionally interact with contractors, vendors, employees and our customer to maintain effective working relationships to meet department objectives.

Perform and complete the full variety of painting related tasks.
Maintain, paint, and redecorate walls, woodwork and fixtures.
Understand and utilize knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paints required for different applications.
