**Job Description**

This role focuses on exterior painting of residential and multi-unit buildings, with an emphasis on stucco walls and wood trim. You will perform detailed surface preparation, apply paint using spray equipment and hand tools, and help maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at an apartment community in Huntington Beach, CA.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare exterior surfaces, including stucco walls and wood trim, by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and caulking as needed.
+ Perform paint prep work such as masking, covering, and protecting adjacent surfaces and areas from overspray or drips.
+ Apply paint using a spray gun, brushes, and rollers to achieve an even, high-quality finish on all assigned surfaces.
+ Assist with basic drywall-related tasks as needed, including minor patching and surface preparation.
