This role requires a well-rounded professional who understands the general operation of a paint shop, including custom painting, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in detail, maintains a safe and organized workspace, and contributes to an efficient and collaborative production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret work orders to understand painting requirements, specifications, and priorities.
+ Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and smoothing to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
