Paint Supervisor

The Paint Supervisor is responsible for leading all paint department operations and supporting offline assembly and other manufacturing operations as needed. This role combines production leadership with hands‐on technical expertise in paint processes, equipment troubleshooting, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Paint Supervisor is accountable for achieving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives while ensuring paint systems operate efficiently and consistently meet customer requirements. The position serves as the primary technical resource for paint process optimization, defect reduction, equipment reliability, and environmental stewardship within the facility.
