We are currently recruiting for experienced Paint Preppers / Shot Blasters to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in the Magherafelt area. These positions are available on both ongoing contract and temp-to-perm opportunities.

The Role

Working within a fast‑paced production environment, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and components for the paint process, including surface preparation and shot blasting duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

• Preparing surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, filling, and cleaning
• Carrying out shot blasting on components and metal surfaces
