Must be open to Saturday due to production needs and OT.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced sandblaster to join our team. The role involves moving painted parts to the next process, and recommending improvements to paint procedures and sandblasting parts. You will also complete required paint documentation, troubleshoot problems, and participate in Lean initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Paint according to customer expectations.
+ Sandblasting parts and components for GSE (Ground Support Equipment).
+ Complete required paint documentation including VOC log and check sheets.
+ Move painted parts to the next process verifying they meet specifications.
+ Recommend improvements to paint procedures.
+ Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5s activities.
+ Troubleshoot problems, identify and communicate discrepancies.
