+ Grind, sand, and deburr metal parts to create paint-ready surfaces.
+ Clean and wash parts prior to painting.
+ Rack, mask, and tape parts according to production requirements.
+ Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before painting.
+ Support the paint line team to keep production moving efficiently.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
