Pain Medicine Locum Job in Eureka, CA
Schedule :

• Surgical Center : 07:30 - 15:30 (Wed - Thu)
• Clinic : 0830 - 1700 (Mon - Tue, Fri)

• Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting.
• All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center.
• Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand, please ensure that documentation is uploaded.

• Practice Settings : Outpatient
• Rounding Patients : N/A
• Minimum Board Certification : Certified
• What is the license requirement to bid? : Licensed in CA only
