Paid Media Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE

The Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in accelerating customer acquisition, maximizing return on ad spending, and strengthening Plazo Credit's + BNPL product market position through disciplined, data-driven paid media execution. Reporting directly to the PPC Manager in Spain and implementing the operational changes in the accounts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Management Across Paid Media Platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social and search platforms.

Maintain healthy account structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget pacing across all active campaigns.

• Campaign Execution: build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end. This includes setting up campaign architecture, uploading creatives, writing and testing ad copy, and conducting QA b...
