Overview of Role 

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on account health, performance monitoring, and continuous data-driven optimization & testing. As our Paid Media Specialist, you will be involved in every aspect of campaign management, from strategy development & planning to execution & reporting. You will work closely with the Paid Media Manager to help shape channel strategies & priorities and execute those strategies across Google & Microsoft.
